Shop Policies


All major debit/credit cards are accepted through PayPal and the direct checkout system on this site. Payment is due at the time your order is placed. Payment / Shipping info is always kept private and is used only to fulfill your order.


All items will be shipped via USPS. Please select your desired method at checkout. Your Tracking Number will be provided to you as soon as your order ships. Shipping prices are in line with the USPS.

Packages shipped by Priority Mail are automatically ensured. Delivery confirmations are kept for my records. Once a package ships I cannot be responsible for delays due to the USPS.

In the event of damage in transit, please message me immediately upon receipt. A claim for damage during shipping, missing items, or lost shipments must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Defective Goods will be repaired or replaced, or a store credit may be issued at my option within 30 days of receipt of goods.

Orders are shipped to the address/name you provide at checkout unless otherwise requested prior to your order being placed. If paying with PayPal please make sure your PayPal address is up to date and if it is not, please message me ASAP to correct it. Any shipping delays/returns due to your PayPal address not being correct is the buyer's responsibility. There will be no refunds issued under this circumstance.

Refunds and Exchanges

As a small business owner I only thrive if my customers are completely satisfied! 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase I will do what I can to rectify the issue. If there is an issue with your order you have 5 days from the time of documented delivery to contact me about it. In the event of an agreed upon return/replacement the buyer will be responsible for return shipping.

All Returns are Subject to a Re-stocking fee that will be deducted from your return amount.

I CANNOT accept returns for custom orders, but message me for a possible partial store credit at my discretion.

I will not give refunds/credits due to delays in shipping that are the fault of the USPS. If there is a processing delay on my end I will notify you as soon as possible to let you know before shipping and provide possible discount in that circumstance.

Care instructions

Our pillow covers are 100% cotton. Because of this, if they are not washed correctly they can shrink. We recommend spot cleaning as needed. Our pillow covers can be washed in a washing machine inside out in cold water on the gentle cycle. Please lay flat to dry, do not put in the dryer. Iron as needed.
